Mangaluru: Underworld fugitive Vicky Shetty's aide fears encounter death

Mangaluru, Oct 30: A person who had served as a close aide of underworld element, Vicky Shetty, now fears death by means of police encounter. The rowdy sheeter who says he fears about losing his life, happens to be Akashbhavan Sharan alias Sharan Poojary, a rowdy sheeter.

Sharan is currently lodged in Bengaluru central prison at Parappana Agrahara. The police want to question him relating to the murder of Tulu cine actor Surendra Bantwal. Bantwal police have sought body warrant to bring him here to interrogate him in the above case.


Akashbhavan Sharan

Akashbhavan Sharan has written a letter to the principal judge of JMFC court at Bantwal, expressing the apprehension that he might by killed through a fake encounter when he is brought to the coast for questioning him in Surendra Bantwal murder case. He has sought exemption from participating in the interrogation process in the light of the perceived threat to his life as above.

    Yes now he realizes how it is to be encountered.Now police too should be helpful to him ,to know about the truth behind it.He could be taken in their account to help him .and give a new name or identification ,so that noone recognize him.Instead of bring him to Mangalore ,why not make self in Bangalore ?They should but take a promise from him not to mingle any more in such criminlaity.If then he will be punished or identification will be anulled.Give him a chance.

    How can these anti-soceity & ill elements use the provisions of law for their convenience..., If Sharana's apprehension about honesty of law keeping forces of the state working under the guidance & directives of Self proclaimed nationalist political party; then Sharana knows something which is more embarrassing the Govt of the day..., and it's but natural for any evil mindset human or ideology to purge to maintain image of Saint hood...,

    If not then this accused rowdy sheeter better choose a political party to get himself exonerate from all charges..( and later date he can even try his chance to become people's representative)
