Even before this pandemic, triple ride on two wheeler was banned. Riding a two wheeler without helmet was too banned.
Mr. DC, banning is not sufficient. deploy enough police forces to implement what you have ordered.

Dear Shankara, i think you are pretending as Frog in the well guessing this is the world. why are you closing your God gifted eyes from massive gatherings during Hindu festivals + election rally of BJP etc. Why are you targeting on one particular community. Why so much hatred is filled in your heart + mind. Are you true indian and an enemy trying to create differences between communities. Be an human being first and give respect to other citizens. Dont be a andh bhakt. Poors + needy citizens are being cheated and fooled by ruling party.

    Francisaaa,
What and where I have written anything about one particular community?
If you have understood something without me writing anything, then it must be something very common that everyone knows about it. You need not blame me for the communal ideas settled in your brain!!

    Dear Francis, Mangalore,
You are seeing the world in black and white. Poor Shankar.
I interpreted his comment as law enforcement problem. You interpreted it as communal.
If he would have falsely named himself as Shan Pinto, I bet, it would not have elicited the colored response from you. Comments above and below Shankar's comments speak louder than words in favor of my argument.
