Mangaluru: St Aloysius College (Autonomous) students awarded KSCST Project Award

Mangaluru, Sep 29: ‘Best Project of the Year’ under Student Project Programme (SPP) 43rd series, 2019-20 is awarded to Umadevi S M and Vaishnavi N H, students of Postgraduate Studies and Research in Biotechnology of St Aloysius College (Autonomous) Mangaluru by the Karnataka State Council for Science and Technology, (KSCST) Bengaluru.

The novel work on the ‘Detection of adulterants in coconut oil using paper strips is guided by Dr Jiji George, assistant professor of the department of Biotechnology, St Aloysius College (Autonomous) Mangaluru. This project has been funded by KSCST and the award is a unique achievement under the college category.
