Bengaluru: Jewelry shop heist, three from Rajasthan held

Bengaluru, Sep 28: Three notorious inter-state robbers who had joined hands and robbed Vinod Bankers and Jewellers firm at M/s Road here on September 20 this year have been arrested by the Jalahalli police.

The police, relying on the evidence of the CCTV footage of the operation and fingerprints of notorious thieves they put together from various police stations, zeroed in on three persons. They arrested Goparam (28), Jitendar Mali (31) and Veer Marav (32) all from Rajsthan. 1.750 kg gold ornaments worth Rs 90 lac has been recovered by them. Two motorbikes worth Rs 3.5 lac and an airgun have also have been recovered.
