Moodbidri: Keeth Ronal Rebello elected new president of Rotaract Club

Moodbidri, Aug 10: Keeth Ronal Rebello was elected as the new president of Rotaract Club, here, in an installation ceremony held on Saturday August 8 at Rotary School sammelana hall here.

The chairman of the Christian development board, Joylus D'Souza inaugurated the installation ceremony.

Along with Keeth, Purandar Devadiga was elected as chairman and Faraz elected as the secretary of the Rotaract Club of Moodbidiri.

Speaking on the occasion, the newly elected president, Keeth Ronal Rebello said, "I am excited to start a new venture with my enthusiastic team of rotaractors. Our club has created many leaders in the previous journey and has always been supportive. Therefore expectations are high and I assure you that we will give our best as a Rotaract family."

He also said, "We are in the 48th year of our club and inching towards the golden jubilee. Our club has grown immensely in the last 48 years, we need to appreciate the past leaders and our parent club, the Rotary Club of Moodbidri. We have a responsibility that our club reaches new heights in time to come.

The president of the Rotary Club of Moodbidri, Dr Sudeep Kumar, ZRR Rtr Sheldon Crasta were also present.
