Forget about cars .. Please check the speed limit for 2 wheelers in National Highway and are they following it .. It is not 80 or 50 ....

My dear Mr. , am a two wheel raider because it’s my need and I can afford only two wheeler, and I can’t buy car.

So while suggesting ban of two wheeler on national highway please provide a separate road two wheeler or you drive your shiny, comfortable zoned vehicle (other than two wheeler) in a separate and personal national highway.

Or else I have a better and cool option too, why can't you buy cars for each and every two wheeler raider and provide sponsorship for car maintenance.

Arun, Kankanady, I fully agree with your comments. It makes sense. In most countries highways have separate lanes for two wheelers.

Very sad to see this. May his soul rest in peace.

I am a regular traveller on bike on this highway. What I have observed is, cars especially with KL registration drive at a very high speed breaching the speed limits. Sometimes vehicles with Doctors logo in car also travel in a very high speed (I can understand doctors situation, might be due to emergency need)

What I feel in general is a compulsory rule must be implemented, a rule for mounting a dash cam in every 4 wheelers and back n front cams in two/3 wheelers that records everytime the journey begins and over writes the memory after couple of days after reaching limits.

This way it will be easy to identify culprits who break laws and also to catch the criminals of hit and run cases. My distant relative brother also died in the same way while riding a bullet bike kaikamba - Polali temple road- hit and run by unidentified vehicle.

Reckless drivers go berserk, especially on highways. Hit and Run !! These murderers scamper away from getting detected, as the victim's lay dead n grievously injured !!! In 2018, more then 1,51, 000 deaths were reported on all Indian roads !!!! This revelation is shocking but very true !!! Last year tally is much higher !!! This disease of irresponsible driving, many under the influence of Alcohol or Drugs, will not cease, unless and untill the government acts, with more stringent draconian laws !!! RIP !!!

Unless otherwise , cops instruct the 2 wheelers where to ride/drive on highway, this kind of accident never can be prevented.
In NH66, none of the 2 wheelers go on the left extreme of the road
