Bengaluru: 'Control over state by Hindus absolutely essential' - MP Tejasvi Surya

Daijiworld Media Network - Bengaluru (SHP)

Bengaluru, Aug 6: On the occasion of the historical foundation laying ceremony at Ram Temple in Ayodhya, Bengaluru South MP Tejasvi Surya has tweeted saying that control over the state by Hindus was 'absolutely essential' for the 'sustenance of Dharma'.

He continued to say that the Hindus 'lost' the temple earlier because they had no power over the state. 'When we regained, we rebuilt.'

Surya also credited Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the resurrection of the Ayodhya temple. He maintained that the victorious electoral win of the Narendra Modi government in 2014 and 2019 made the building of the Ram temple a possibility.

In his second tweet, Surya quoted Indian philosopher Sri Aurobindo’s Uttarapara speech equating Sanatana Dharma with nationalism. “If Dharma survives, India survives," he added.

Not someone who is new to controversy, the BJP leader's fresh tweets have caused a stir again. Earlier in April, a five-year-old tweet had resurfaced which put him in the spotlight for using derogatory statements about Arab women. The government had also reportedly requested Twitter to block tweets by the BJP MP back then.

Centuries ago, Undivided Hindustan, was a land of milk and honey !!!! Wealthiest civilization on earth !!! Aliens new about our prosperity, hence they ravaged, plundered away our wealth, destroyed our ancient culture n spiritual legacy, razed our religious temples to dust, forcibly converted our ancestors to their faith !!!!! Primary reason, was that our land was ruled by monarchs, who fought battles amongst themselves.... became too weak, to face the onslaught of these rabid invaders, who colonized our land and destroyed our heritage. We are not European, Arabs, Mongols or any other race from the east !!!! Till today despite partition on religious beliefs, there are evil forces acitive, who further desire to break apart our nation !!!

The Word "Hindu" has many meanings.
    1. The Way of Life - ( All Indians are Hindus on this argument)
    2. The Religion/Dharma - ( Varieties of casts/ Sub casts within one faith)
    3. The Civilization - ( All Indian citizens and Indian Origins abroad who follow the India culture)
    4. The Follower of Hinduism. ( Only followers of one faith)
Depending on the situation A Politician speaks. But it is better to consider "Hindu" is a unique & oldest culture on this earth or simply A Way of Life.

It is our fault that we elect such people to be our representatives. We want to consider Religion, caste, party, etc while electing our representatives then how can we expect them to talk about our development. They all know that by giving such statements their popularity will increase and they can win by bigger margin next time around. As long as we the voters do not think and vote, it is wrong on our part to expect something good from their part. I' m not only talking about the person who's news is published above but it's applicable to all parties and all our so called leaders. So think before Voting and vote for Development/harmony than hatred . Jai Hind.

This young MP never razed any Church or Mosque but has said Control over state by Hindus is absolutely essential. India was ruled by Hindus few thousand years ago. He is born Hindu and he wants this Nation to be ruled by Hindus. What is wrong in his statement?
Sanathana Dharma considers Cow as Mother. When cow is butchered Sanathana Dharma is axed. Aren't Hindus hurt by it??
If you people were secular ,you would have stopped killing cows. Many Political parties are pseudo secular which pulled this Nation to this level. Wasn't India a progressed Nation in the past? Invaders/Mercenaries came here to rob this Nation. Our Nation was prosperous earlier few thousand years ago which made the evils to cast their eyes on our wealth. Sanathana Dharma ruled this entire subcontinent. After the Muslim Invaders and Christian Missionaries began to threaten the weaker families, they yielded to their pressure and converted themselves.
Thejasvi Surya did not make an antinational statement to pounce on him. We lend our support to this upcoming PM of this great Nation. Wish you all the best.

Mr.KV Kamath, why don't you ask Tejasvi Surya to request PM Modi to shut Al Kabeer down ? I'm telling you, the entire nation would be grateful to this young MP if he manages to do it.

Let me remind you, when Modi was asked 'Will there be a ban on beef export from India' he said "I don't want to offend my Sabarwal friends".

All sects of Hindus are doing Poojas. The way you portrayed the matter is totally wrong. Brahmins Kshatriyas and Vaishyas wear Upavitham. The others don't. Our PM and President don't wear it.

Yet you might have seen PM called for Shilanyaas in Ayodhya, PM done Poojas in Mukthinath, Kashi etc.Who barred our PM? Person whoever is clean inside can do. So PM was invited.

Another person said about AlKabir and Sabharwaal. Can a person who speaks Main nahi khaoonge,Main Nahin Khane doonga will allow slaughter by Sabharwaal? I don't believe. If you have video of PM supporting Sabharwaal on slaughter issue, give video proof of PM speech.

Its dangerous for a youngster to say like that and now he is a politician.
Because India is a garden of many beautiful flowers, diversity if the essence that keeps this nations ticking.
Sanatana Dharma does not mean we impose our dharma on others, which itself is adharma.
Our dharma (Sanatana) teaches us to look at everyone with equality, compassion & respect.
the day we cross that line we become adharmis…..please bhagavat gita chapter 13 & 17.

We just cannot be like Pakistan and other narrow minded countries where only one religion is practised,
Even in Arab countries I salute them they allow temples, Gurudwaras & Churches, this is the great example of tolerance. So Mr.MP learn tolerance first, please don't spoil the name of our sanatana dharma that encompasses all people under her grace/Karuna.

Hinduism & Hindutva are two different things.

HINDUTVA is a term coined by Savarkar in 1923 to politicize the religion with extreme hate & bigotry.

HINDUTVA has nothing to do with Hinduism. The political leaders are using Hinduism for political gains by spreading hatred & communal bigotry & calling it has HINDUTVA.

Hinduism is one of the greatest & peaceful religions in the world. Hinduism spreads love. Hindutva spreads hate. Hinduism unites people. Hindutva divides people.

Say no to HINDUTVA promoted by political leaders. Respect HINDUISM along with all other existing religions.

    exactly
"Hinduism is one of the greatest & peaceful religions in the world." that's why most Indians are peace lovers around the globe.

Preaching Hindutwa and practicing Hinduism that is the difference which we seen now.
in our religion, we have many namesake Muslims and practicing Islam that's a most important role to being a religious person.

all religions holy books preachings humanity value within the community than the religion and Every soul will taste death.

Very strange comment from you Shetty.

You will be the first person to congratulate when a person of Indian origin becomes a Mayor, Governor, President or a CEO of a foreign company. You will be the same person who would be proud when a person from India, getting a very top position in your present country Dubai.

The fact is that they allowed for that person to become a minister, governor or any influential position because they respect the talent or rights.

Majority doesn't mean they have to be ruled by fools. Majority of sheep guided by one goat, not by another sheep because they are majority. It is the talent matters.

When i see your comment I remember something similar. if i am not wrong some times ago a Brahmin said that because he is born as Brahmin he is superior to other people even if he do not have education and it is not education that makes people better, but it is their birth. How foolish!!
