Udupi taluk office to remain closed for 2 days to carry out sanitization

Udupi, Jul 14: A village assistant employed in the taluk office here tested positive for the coronavirus. Therefore, in order to curb the spread of the virus, sanitizing is taken up in all the rooms of Mini Vidhana Soudha, old Taluk office and the premises.

In these circumstances, the Udupi tahsildar has informed at a press release that no official work will be conducted in the taluk office for two days on July 15 and July 16. The entry of people has been also banned during the two days and people are requested to cooperate.
