Karkala: Fire engulfs jewellery box manufacturing unit, goods worth lacs gutted

Karkala, Jul 10: Fire mishap at a jewellery box manufacturing unit that occurred on the morning of Friday, July 10 gutted things worth lac of rupees.

The incident occurred at Mundkur near here.

Fire was noticed in the factory that belonged to Sudhir Shenoy of Mundkur village on the wee hours of Friday.

Locals and fire service personnel rushed to the spot and extinguished the fire.

    People standing there... each one of them pour one bucket of water that would have been enough to extinguish the fire quickly before it spreads & gets out of control..
    All I can see in these pics...'Talk show' or may be other reason behind the scene..
