Kasargod district administration takes additional measures to prevent coronavirus spread

Kasargod, Apr 7: As number of coronavirus infected patients are increasing every day, the district administration here has tightened rules to prevent its spread. Precautions are taken to prevent people from coming out from their houses.

Mogral Puttur, Chemnad, Madhoor, Uduma, Pallikere, Chengala and Kasargod municipal council limits are declared coronavirus infected zones. IGP Vijay Sakare has directed the people staying in those areas not to come out of their houses. Necessary items and medicines will be delivered to them at their houses by the police department. Traffic is completely banned.

Drone cameras are put in service to watch those who violate the orders. Police personnel will register cases and take legal action against people coming out of their residences. The district administration has come forward to take precautionary measures as the virus is spreading.
