Kuwait sends 300 Philippine nationals home after expiry of residence permits

Kuwait, Apr 4: Kuwait which is encouraging expatriates with expired residence permits to leave the country sent back 300 such people from the Philippines. The first such flight of illegal expatriates took off to Manila on Friday.

The ministry of interiors has specified dates for members of every nationality who can apply during April to return to their country.

Those who intend to rectify their residency status will have to pay the requisite fine.
