People whoever arrived from UAE and KSA should have been isolated and kept in Mumbai not left loose to go to their respective destination. Now since he travelled by a reserved boogie we can locate the co passengers but if he had travelled by the unreserved boogie. There would we no idea about the co passengers.

There is one good thing happened..
You cannot keep 1000s of foriegn arrived people at one place with some positive cases in between... because 1000s of them will become sick later... same think happened with cruise ship in japan... 700 got infected. If you allow them to go free and ask them home quarantine then probably only some of them would have required treatment..

I think in India all is well..?

    Good effort by railways..

Most of the people who returned from Dubai tested positive...
But in UAE they are showing very less positive cases...
    There are some missing information...
Either UAE govt. not runninf effective tests or concealing some information
