Doha: Nagesh Rao made new president of Karnataka Sangha Qatar

Doha, Mar 8: Nagesh Rao has been elected president of Karnataka Sangha Qatar (KSQ), an associated organization affiliated with ICC (Indian Cultural Centre) under the aegis of Embassy of India, Qatar for the year 2020-2021. He was appointed unopposed and without conducting the election process.

The previous Management Committee headed by Venkat Rao was dissolved by the ICC representative KM Verghese on Friday, February 28 during the Annual General Meeting of KSQ held at ICC premises.

A brief note about the President:

Nagesh Rao, a resident of Qatar for 29 years is one of the founding members of KSQ. He is a native of Puttur, Karnataka and is currently working in the Pharmaceutical industry. His mission is to enhance the name and fame of KSQ in Qatar and percolate all spheres of social service and cultural activity. His vision is for people in Karnataka to be a part of KSQ and indulge in cultural, sports and extracurricular activities to have mutual progress and development.

    This is Saikiran from Gulbarga
    I came for training purpose one month Qatar but I stucked over due to covid19 so I want to go to my home country
    Kindly help me
    I registered in reparations but no flights from Doha to Bangalore and Hyderabad
    Even i don't have money and food and accommodation also... I have small amount for flight ticket
