Mumbai: Preparatory meeting for seventh Srinivas Mangala festival held

Mumbai, Jan 10: A preparatory meeting for the seventh annual Srinivas Mangala festival planned for January 18 was held at Nallasofara east recently.

Several community and Kannadiga leaders were present. Preparations for Srinivas Mangala festival were discussed at the meeting.

Representatives of various organizations in south India including Karnataka, Kerala, Tamilnadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Pondicherry, Konkan Goa and Maharashtra were present.

South Indian Federation Vasai taluk president Dr Virar Shanker B Shetty presided over the programme. Honorary chief secretary Narendra Prabhu welcomed the gathering and thanked all those who arrived for the meeting.
