Udupi: Lorry driver loses control of vehicle causing serial accidents

Udupi, Dec 14: In a ghastly incident that occurred at Manipal on Friday, a lorry driver lost control of his vehicle near Inox talkies, Manipal after the brake of the vehicle failed causing serial accidents.

The lorry on its way from Manipal to Udupi collided with a bus that was on the move on the national highway. The bus, in turn, rammed into an autorickshaw that was parked nearby. The autorickshaw toppled and hit a bike beside it which completely damaged the bike.

Police sources said that the bike rider is seriously injured.
