This workshop was meant for training medical professionals to impart knowledge and skill training to interns on how to assess and manage emergency and life-threatening cases quickly and safely and thereafter the transfer of such cases to a higher specialty hospital.

Dr Girish and Dr Pranup shared their thoughts and journey of the workshop. Certificates to step 1 and step 2 instructors were handed over by Fr Ajith Menezes, administrator, Father Muller Medical College.

In his presidential address, Fr Richard A Coelho reminisced the days of the starting of the simulation center by the nudge of the former dean, Dr Sanjeev Rai, who currently is the chief of Research and the former director of FMCI, late Fr Patrick. The center has since developed into the state of the art set up with its accreditation under the able leadership of Dr Lulu and Dr Rithesh. “Life is precious and saving it is the noblest of all profession," was the director's message. He wished everyone a blessed advent in preparation of the birth of Jesus Christ and prayed God’s blessings on all.
