Mangaluru: Actress Josita Anola Rodrigues to make Tamil debut with 'En Anbu’

Mangaluru, Nov 28: Actress Josita Anola Rodrigues is set to make her debut in Tamil with 'En Anbu’ directed by Siva G under the banner ABCD Film Factory and Shrusti Films.

Josita will be paired opposite 'Agnishakshi' fame Amith Rao. Shakthi Kumar, Prithvi Sarmanur and Aishwarya Mandhakar will also playing a prominent roles in the movie.

Josita, who hails from Mangaluru, is the daughter of Wilfred and Anita Lobo. She was earlier seen in Konkani film ‘Zanvoy No. 1’.

She was groomed by Charan Suvarna and says that her inspiration si well-known actress Sonal Monteiro. She has trained under Shubhakiran Mani of Sizzling Guys dance studio Mangaluru.

Josita as been the winner of Miss World Teen Super Model South Asia 2017, Miss Glory of Galaxy 2019 and Miss Tourism World Promotion ambassador 2019.

Speaking to daijiworld.com, she said, "I will be playing the lead in Tamil movie ‘En Anbu’ paried opposite Amith Rao. I am very much excited to work in Tamil film industry as it is going to be very exciting and challenging for me.

“The movie story was so amazing and the role which I will be playing will be different and challenging one. I love to accept new challenges. Language is going to be a big task for me. I have been watching Tamil movies and listening to Tamil songs and reading scripts to understand the language,” she said.
