Most adult in the US carry emergency alert fab. When you press the button, the nearest police get the location and they rush to the help. Dating youngsters should get one of them in India as a matter of safety.

I like Indian government. They make so many rules against moral policing, corruption, lynchings etc. But when comes for implimention of rules they will implement on only certain people. The judges will give punishments also on the basis of religion, cast, creed, etc

Basanna... How a single girl can attack moral police men all by herself ? They come in group right? Before that she will be molested by this group.. Even her boy friend cannot fight single-handedly... Better couple should vacate the beach before the dark if they are in the unknown places for their safety and as security measure.. Girls beware... Don't fall a prey...

What is this moral policing? Who are these goons who have the right to decide and take law into their hands and exercise it. Let them first correct themselves than roaming to attack citizens unlawfully without the position of designated police personnel. They should be taken to task and severely punished for taking law into their hands .I request the authorities ,the commissioner of police ,SP to deal with this severely and punish the miscreants. Prior to this even the then DC of Mangalore faced similar harassment by goons 'terming themselves"while he was seated at the Panambur beach with the DC lady from Madikere whom he married later while they were enjoying the scenic beauty of the waves on the panambur beach. Awaiting stringent punishment for such goons, especially in this peace loving citizens of Mangalore.

Very good advice. Tender age make mistakes but it doesn't mean you assault and rob them. One should remember that we are living in secular democracy.

where is the toursim development minister Ravi? He had huge plans to develop tourism in the coastal dirstricts.
Incidents like this will just keep not only tourists, but also people with family living in the city like me away from the beaches and public places. These assaulter are basically jobless goons, who try to extract whatever they get as they loaf around smoking drugs and consuming liquor.

What is this moral policing? How could these goons take law into their hands instead of reporting to the police.

These goons "terming their action as Moral policing'must be severely punished,so that the peace loving people of Mangalore can enjoy the scenicbeauty of our beaches.

Even the then DC of Mangalore who was with the Mercara DC lady of Panamburbeachmet with harassment once a few years ago.

The goons should not be left scotch free.,it should teach them a good lesson and be a torch bearerfor others too venturing into " moral policing taking law into theirhands. t

Moral Policing is wrong. we should bring a law where roaming between opposite sex is allowed only for people who are atheists, people who belong to religion, which permits openness. It should not be allowed to people who confine their ladies to dress code and strict practises but think that ladies of other religion are meant for fun.
