Supreme Court dismisses review petition in Rafale deal, warns Rahul Gandhi

New Delhi, Nov 14 (IANS): The Supreme Court on Thursday dismissed a review petition seeking a probe into the Rafale deal.

Justice S.K. Kaul while reading the judgement said that the review petition is without merit.

The top court dismissed a plea seeking lodging of an FIR to probe the Rafale deal inked with Dassault Aviation.

The court also closed contempt proceedings initiated against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and said that being an important political person, Rahul must remain more careful in future.

A contempt proceeding was initiated against Rahul Gandhi for his remark "Chowkidar Chor Hai", attributing it to the Prime Minister.

A bench of Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi and Justices S.K. Kaul and K.M. Joseph said that Rahul Gandhi, being a person holding a place of importance in the political spectrum, should have been more careful before attributing to the top court certain things which were not part of the order.

Do you have any idea of who Justice Ranjan Gogoi is ?? and his late father, Kesab Chandra Gogoi, who was in Congress party for all his life time, he was the chief minister of Assam from Indian National Congress ....
Justice Gogoi is a man of integrity and discipline, do not grab him for your political ideology and prejudice mentality ....
You just cannot accuse him, only because, he is not giving judgement as you folks want him to do ....
He cannot play the music what you want to hear ....

It is important to take note of contempt proceeding about -"Chowkidaar Chor Hai..." analogy made by Ex President of Hindustan's century old grand political party.., Honorable MP Shriman Rahul Gandhiji..., ironically the apex court took full cognizance of the fact that - Chowkidaar mathlab - Narendra bhai Damodardas Modi, (Honorable PM of Hindustan) ......,something will go down in the history of Hindustan's politics...,

The 3rd highest Constitutional position of PM was never before in the post independent history of Hindustan was degraded to such a low remark, that too by self confession..., after all education, baground & class matters...!!!

Fir bhi ... mera Hindustan mahaan..., (sans jumping jokers...)

Still the question remains why India paid more money for less Rafale Jets. Truth will come out. Supreme court is supreme but it delivers only verdict not the justice. Afterall it was tax payers money which is vandalized. If there was a small doubt of misappropriation in the deal SC should have ordered enquiry
