Dubai: Over 2,500 expats awarded with UAE Gold Card

Dubai, Nov 13: On Tuesday, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, announced that over 2,500 intellectuals, scientists and investors have received permanent residency in the UAE.
 
The announcement was made by Sheikh Mohammed on his official Twitter account. Along with the picture of the ceremony, he wrote a caption which read, "We celebrate the first group of scientists, researchers and investors who received the Golden Permanent Residence in the UAE. There are 2,500 of them. We welcome them. UAE is a country of scientists and knowledge, and talented people and entrepreneurs of change."
 
 
The Gold Card offers unprecedented benefits to the cardholders and their families while creating an attractive environment for business and growth. The card was launched to attract greater foreign investment and stimulate the local economy, making it more efficient and attractive for investors.
