BSF trooper killed in firing by Border Guards Bangladesh


Kolkata, Oct 17 (IANS): A Border Security Force (BSF) trooper was killed and another injured in firing by Border Guards Bangladesh personnel alongside the riverine international border at Kakmarichar in West Bengal on Thursday, an official said.

Head Constable Vijay Bhan Singh received bullet wound on his head and succumbed to his injury. A constable/crew (boatman) has been taken to Murshidabad Medical College and Hospital Behrampore with bullet injury on his right hand, a BSF official said.
