Mohammed Ashfaq elected president of JF Riyadh unit

Riyadh, Oct 15: Jam’iyyatul Falah (JF) Riyadh Unit held their annual general body meeting at Masala Zone Indian Restaurant, on October 11.

Meeting was started with the recitation of Holy Quran by Abdul Moiz Fazlurrahman, recited few verses from the Holy Quran.

On his welcome note Salman Noor thanked all the executive committee members, JF Life Members, and the invited guests, specially our Chief Guest of the program Mohammed Hafizulla Saheb, (An Engineering Graduate, working in IT Field for the last 25 years in Saudi Arabia, currently having his own Consultation Company) for their participation in AGBM.

General Secretary Mohammed Farooque presented the annual report about the various activities conducted by JF Riyadh Unit during the two years’ tenure.

Annual financial report was presented by the treasurer Ayaz Ahmed.

Riyadh unit president Nazeer Ahmed briefed about the work of JF in Dakshina Kannada and Udupi districts during the year 2017-2019 in an excellent power point presentation and also shed light on the prospective work being carried out in Mangalore by JFCC for the benefit of the community. JF Green View School has achieved overall 100% results in PUC Exam during the year 2019, whereas the SSLC results was 90%.

Addressing the gathering chief guest of the function Mohammed Hafizulla Saheb, appreciated the work done by JF and called upon JF and the audience to follow the Holy Quran and Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (SAS). He emphasized few verses from Holy Quran pertaining to help the poor and needy and he said that we are lucky to have this opportunity and a great platform like Jam'iyyatul Falah to serve the community, which will definitely reward us in this world and the hereafter.

NRCC Ameer Akhtar Shaikh acknowledge the support and cooperation which he received from all the 4 NRCC units to carry forward the objectives and mission of JF organization towards the path of success and overall development of the community.

President of JF Riyadh Unit Nazeer Ahmed thanked all the members and committee for the support given to him during his tenure and requested the youngsters to join JF to carry forward the noble mission, which was started by our elders since 31 years. And dissolved the existing committee, in order to form a new committee for the term 2019-20.

Haneef Bardila and Haneef Musrikhan conducted the election procedure. A total of 33 executive committee members were elected for the term 2019-20 and 7 new members joined the new committee.

Soon after the election process, office bearers were elected to manage the committee for the year 2019-20.

JF future Projects:

• JF Skill Development Center at Moodbidri on 6.3 acre land.
• JF Academy: To motivate and train college students for various competitive exams for IAS, IPS, IFS, KAS etc.
• JF Information Centers: Presently available in JF HQ, Udupi, Kaup and Beltangady taluk, and encouraging all the other taluks to initiate the same.
• Udupi Boys Hostel in Udupi which may benefit the needy students in that area.
• Girls Hostel: Planning to extend and increase the capacity in the nearby Mangaluru area.
• Al Falah Clinic at Kaup Unit – Foundation stone laid in September 2019
