Bengaluru, Sep 15: The holding of assembly session at Suvarna Soudha of Belagavi is doubtful this year. As most of the district administration is involved in the flood relief work, it is thought not to conduct the assembly session at Belagavi.
Responding on the issue, Revenue minister R Ashok said, "It is difficult to hold the winter assembly session this year in Belagavi due to the recent deluge and the relief and rehabilitation work that is in progress in the district. However, if not this time, the session has to be held there in future for sure."
