Daijiworld Media Network - Karkala (MS)

Karkala, Sep 15: A case has been registered at Hiriyadka police station accusing Asif Ismail, a resident of Bajpe in Mangaluru and his wife Haseena Parveen of escaping to abroad after duping a lady to the tune of Rs 35 lac on the pretext of getting employment in gulf country.

Jubeida, a resident of Athradi had paid Rs five lac to the accused couple for the employment they gave to her son Farhan in Saudi Arabia. Farhan, son of complainant Jubeida, had worked in Saudi Arabia for a period of 10 months with the main accused Asif Ismail. However, the salary of that period was not paid to Farhan. When Jubeida, mother of Farhan, inquired about this with Asif Ismail and his wife Haseena Parveen, the couple told Jubeida that they do not owe anything to her and also threatened her to file a complaint if she wishes.

Farhan's passport is with Asif Ismail. In addition, when Farhan was working in Saudi Arabia, the accused couple used to harass complainant Juebida for money. The accused couple has not paid the service benefits of her husband, who had worked for 30 years in gulf. On inquiry, the couple has said that they do not have any connection with regards to the service benefits of Jubeida's husband. In addition, the couple is accused of taking Rs five lac promising a job to Arfan, son of Jeenath, sister of complainant Jubeida.

In her complaint, Jubeida has also accused the couple of eyeing the property worth lacs of rupees in Jubeida's name. The couple are also accused of allegedly threatening with life on phone as well as swindling Rs 30 lac.

Police have taken out a lookout notice against the accused.

Readers, kindly enlighten, all your relatives, friends and all acquaintances. " The Gulf petro dollar dream, is now an illusion, a mirage on the sands, of the Arabian desert " Seek employment, in your own motherland..... Those professionals, who do not wish to serve in India, can seek their livelihoods, in a developed alien land....... Don't be foolish and stupid, to find gainful, placement, in any Gulf locations !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can anyone believe that 35 lace for the job in gulf???? Oops... If this woman duped to the tune of 35lacs means she had money. When she had money, why she wanted to go to gulf?? Can't do their own house work instead of indulging in such vulgar things? Simply headache to police department as if they are sitting idly??

If anyone is asking money for a job ,I will not even pay 3500 rs forget 35L.
Any job or position in life has to be earned.

Paying money and getting something is short lived and will not sustain for long time.
