Mangaluru: Boscoss PU College achieves amazing feat at Dakshina Kannada Swimming competition

Mangaluru, Sep 14: Students of Boscoss PU College participated in Dakshina Kannada Swimming competition held at St Philomena College, Puttur on September 12.

The students walked away with innumerable prizes. Athul M Bhat of II PUC bagged gold medal in 200m backstroke, silver in 50m backstroke and bronze in 100m backstroke. K Anup Pai of I PUC walked away with silver medal in 50m butterfly and bronze in the 100m butterfly.

The team comprising of Athul M Bhat, K Anup Pai, Hrishikesh Shastry and Aneesh Gowda bagged silver in 4 × 100m medley relay and bronze in 4 × 100m freestyle relay.

The team also made the college proud by winning the overall second runners up position in the competition.
