    People,

This survey reminds me blind people touching Elephant and interpreting it differently...one holds its tail and thinks Elephant is like a rope etc,...

Uplink and Downlink speed depends , location where measurement was taken, What type of technology is used at the Cell site ( 2G, 3G, 4G, mMIMO, 5G etc), Transport and Router Speed of that Cell Site, Number of Mobile user's connected to that site at the time of taking measurements, last but not least type of UE ( Mobile set) used for taking measurement....

My guess Pakistanis must have taken measurement , at early hours of the night when nobody using their Mobile and at best of their cell sites.

Like Mukesh Ambani is running major mobile Company in India, I believe there is a Scandinavian Mobile Company called Telenor , which is their major Mobile provider...

It also reminds me connection between God and humans.

Ideally it should be as between Mainframe and dumb terminals.

But the human, being a PC acts as if a Mainframe or if not a Super Computer.

So, God seems to be of the notion of a reset through a man made emp or a Solar CME. One need to protect the power grid with the Alluminium cage especially in the West. Refer JohnLearydotcom site.

After 2014 india doesn't need faster mobile internet as Modi is faster than these technologies in his public Bhashans with variety, entertainment, action, fancy dresses and public display of envy on congress being dynasty because he has no chance of maintaining his blood line.
