Lava Z93 launched in India for Rs 7,999


New Delhi, Aug 22 (IANS): Lava International Limited on Thursday launched its new budget-centric smartphone Lava Z93 in India for Rs 7,999.

The smartphone supports a "Smart AI Gaming Mode" allowing users to increase the graphic acceleration for heavy games.

The company also said it has partnered with Gameloft for an optimised experience for its games.

"The Z93 would enable users to play their favourite games seamlessly, without any lags or interruptions. Our association with Gameloft ensures an exceptional gaming experience for popular games like Modern Combat and Asphalt," said Tejinder Singh, Head-Product, Lava International.

In terms of specifications, the smartphone features a 6.22-inch HD+ dew drop notch display with a screen resolution of 1520 x 720 pixels.

The device is powered by Helio P22 2.0 GHz Octa Core Processor and backed by 3GB RAM/32GB internal storage with an option to expand the storage via microSD card slot.

The phone houses a dual rear camera setup with a 13MP main camera accompanied by a 2MP secondary sensor as well as LED flash support. Up front, there is an 8MP selfie sensor with soft flash support.

The smartphone runs on Android 9.0 Pie and is juiced up by a 3500mAh battery with 10W fast charging support.
