Bengaluru: Dissidence in BJP witnessed immediately after oath taking of new cabinet

Daijiworld Media Network - Bengaluru (MS)

Bengaluru, Aug 20: Within hours of completion of the oath taking ceremony of 17 newly inducted cabinet ministers in the government led by CM Yediyurappa, cracks are observed in the unity of the state BJP.

BJP MLAs, who were expecting to be made ministers in the new cabinet and did not get the nod, stayed away from the oath taking ceremony. Renukacharya, Balachandra Jarkiholi, Umesh Katti, Tippareddy, Basanagowda Patil Yatnal, Murugesh Nirani, Ramadas, Shivanagowda Nayak and K G Bopaiah were absent during the oath taking ceremony of the new ministers.

MLAs who were faithful to the party had expected ministerial berth in the new cabinet. As they did not get a place in the cabinet, they have revolted. The dissident MLAs have decided to hold a meeting.

The supporters of Chitradurga MLA Tippareddy held a protest for not giving him minister position. Members of zilla panchayat and city municipality, along with other supporters took part in the protest and also set on fire a scooter and urged the government to give ministerial berth to Tippareddy.

Similarly, MLAs Umesh Katti and Angara also expressed their displeasure on being ignored for ministerial berths in the state cabinet.

Pakistanis, are not pleased, neither the enemies, within our national borders, are pleased, at the sight of PM Modijii, coming back to power !!!! These scoundrels and traitors, are in a panic mode... frustration, has gripped their warped mind, especially, after the abolition of article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir !!! The heightened security alert, issued by our intelligence agencies, are precisely to ensure that these antinational elements, Tukde Tukde gang, do not unleash, activate their sleeper cells, to commit horrendous attacks and destruction in our nation !!!! The alleged individual or organizations, who are under scrutiny, can seek the judiciary and prove their innocence !!!!!!!!

BJP leader who lost polls & was caught watching porn in House enters Karnataka cabinet.
One of the new Karnataka ministers, Laxman Savadi had weathered the porn controversy with audacity, claiming the clips were for ‘educational purposes’.

In 2012, BJP leaders Laxman Savadi, C.C. Patil and Krishna Palemar resigned as Karnataka ministers after they were caught watching porn in the assembly while the proceedings were on — a controversy that left the party deeply embarrassed.

Seven years later, two of them — Patil and Savadi — are back in the state cabinet.

However, while Patil is an elected MLA, Savadi’s not, having lost the 2018 assembly election to the Congress candidate. His redemption, say sources in the BJP, rests instead on the role he played in engineering the Congress-JD(S) government’s collapse last month.

Of the 17 rebel MLAs who rebelled, Savadi is said to have convinced six legislators of the Congress to switch sides.

Ultimate looser is Kannadigas who voted for this party.

When the last time Kerala flooded, whole Keralaites got together to help each other. But in Karnataka still, 23 districts are affected citizens who have lost shelter no hopes where to go, relief camp no food, no drinking water and medicine.

Thanks to BJP's 'operation Kamala' our MLA's rejected the voter's mandate enjoyed the stay in five-star hotels in Mumbai enjoying 'Rolls Royce' car ride enjoying BJP's blank cheque.

All our politicians need power so that they can mint money within their service term. No one is interested in public service. Just ban elections. Let the military take over for 10 years and punish all the criminals so that one should think 100 times before entering into politics
