Why only "case registered" and no arrest ? The driver should be sent to the caning squad and imprisoned for life. Shame on our legal system.

The drivers paid on commission basis sometimes and huge pressure from the owners itself leading them to take the bus like rocket ! Owner has got pressure from BANKS and Tax including his day to day financial burdens ! which all mean to say wherever / whatever for the COMMON MAN there is no peace of mind in this country.

Punishment for the ROAD murders merely 200 Rs fine as its tagged as ACCIDENT which happen beyond the control of HUMAN ( oh really ). Govt should think about these rash and reckless drivers for the severe punishment including life time imprisonment.

I fully agree with your comments but there is nobody who can take action on this bus drivers. Even though I don't travel by bus during my visit to India but I feel sorry for the drivers who drive rashly.
