Bantwal: Six-year-old boy meets accident, succumbs to injuries

Mangaluru, Aug 11: A boy who was injured in an accident, succumbed to his injuries at a private hospital in the city on Sunday, August 11.

The deceased boy has been identified as Mohammed Gazali (6). He is the son of Ismael, a resident of Bollai.

The accident took place when Mohammed Gazali and his father were returning from Farangipete. Their two-wheeler met an accident due to which both suffered injuries. The six-year-old boy who suffered severe head injuries, succumbed without responding to the treatment in the hospital.

Ismael was a resident of Uppinangady but had been residing at Bantwal recently. Ismael had three children in which Gazali was the eldest one studying in LKG at Koudelu Daarul English medium school.

The principal, staff and students condoled the death of the student.
