Dog abandoned by owner for having 'illicit relationship' with neighbour's dog

Daijiworld Media Network - Thiruvananthapuram (SHP)

Thiruvananthapuram, Jul 24: An offbeat incident took place where a three-year-old white Pomeranian dog was given up by its owner. The dog was found stranded outside the World Market in Chackai, Thiruvananthapuram.

People For Animals (PFA) volunteer, Shameen, rescued the dog and found a note on its collar. As the volunteer read the note, she was totally taken aback.

The note was written in the local language Malayalam, it reads, "The dog is a nice breed. It is well-behaved. It eats a lot and does not have any disease. It is bathed once every five days. It barks a little, has not bitten anyone in three years. It was always fed majorly milk, biscuits and eggs. The reason for abandoning it is because of an 'illicit relationship' it had with another dog in the nighbourhood."

Shameen stated that the message was out of the ordinary as it was one of the most uncommon reasons for casting aside the animal. Further, she said that usually an animal is abandoned due to sickness or an injury but never for having an 'illicit relationship.'

Did the owner of the abandoned doggie ask her if she was having an illicit relationship with the neighbors dog . Why was no adequate measures taken by the owner to provide her proper company. Every living creature is a social animal. Better let us know if the owner is an alien.

If the Dog had its wife in the same compound and still looking for neighbor's wife then dog should be punished.

if the Owner failed to bring dogie in law to his dogson on time then Owner should be punished.

But do not abandon your own, it hurts.
