If IMA scam Mansoor Khan brought back from Dubai, why the same pressure can be applied to Nirav Modi, Mehul Choksi, Vijay Mallaya and more than 50 names PM Modi's government disclosed in Rajya Sabha?

    1. Now with the surrender of IMA founder, will the investor's money will be returned?
    2. What measures will the government take to put an end to these type of scams in the future?

Mansoor khan could have remained on a run for the rest of his life if he wished like Modis or Mallya or choksi.
But he decided otherwise. He also released series of videos where he claimed he is innocent and was trapped into this situation.
We can say he has surrendered himself to the law and down the line he will return the money of the investors.
This guy doesn't look like a scamster to me at least.

This rat did not surrender, he tried all possible avenues to escape, with the pilfered loot.... he expected that he would be protected under Islamic nations !!!!!! The government under PM Modiji, has built up a confident n positive image in most countries.... extradition treaties are honoured, under a strong leader..... He could have gone to Pakistan, where many more of his tribe's are holed up for decades !!!!
