Kundapur, Jul 16: The state high court, on Tuesday, July 16, granted conditional bail to ninth suspect of Kota twin-murder, zilla panchayat (ZP) member Raghavendra Kanchan Barikere.
The twin-murder of Yatish Kanchan and Bharath at night in Kota six months ago had shocked the district.
Justice Sunil Datt Yadav, who heard the arguments for and against the bail application, granted conditional bail to the accused.
As the judge directed to withdraw the bail application of another accused, police constable, Veerendra, the bail is considered as rejected.
