If he is guilty, he should be punished. However, if he is not justice should prevail to ensure that law should only punish the guilty and protect the innocent.

This cattle thief must be sent to cowshed prison and made to be fed with cowdung and urine and clean cowshed as a punishment for repeated cattle theft. He would then know how to take care of cows and ox throughout his life.

Had the judicial system given a stricter sentence he wouldn't have committed so many crimes repeatedly. That means our laws only made him big robber. He knows that everytime he's caught he'll be left out on bail. When court knows that he commits the same crimes again and again why do they give him a chance at bail? When we see the photos of dead cows laid down the road, cannot be forgiven and forgotten ! Awake.. arise legal authorities.. at least for now..don't allow our citizen to become more criminals.

Hang him so that he can't repeat the same after getting bail again.
In India murderers easily getting politicians due to their religion and poor people without any influence getting harsh punishment due to a particular religion and government is harbouring this.

Dear Melwyn, do not misunderstand me. For one moment also I do not support these kind of monsters. But I was just trying to portray the sad state of affairs of our country. Even administration, police, right wing groups are involved in this.
Do you think without the support of cops and right wing groups, this guy can do what he does?

    Dear Abdul,
Most involved are due to money. There is no way to challenge what you are saying.
However, the current situation is more serious for us to indulge in a argument, but it is has taken shape of a issue that can break the society at the seam. So, keep your arguments to yourself and let police deal with the law and order problem and if it is true, robbery.

Don't be surprised if he is arrested again after two months with the news reading 'so many cases registered against him in different police stations ..' For these people getting bail is like drinking water. As long as there are laws which can bail out these people easily don't expect cow thefts to come to a halt.
