Mangaluru: Bharath Academy celebrates Vanamahostava

Mangaluru, Jul 8: Vanamahostsava was celebrated at Bharath School run by Bharath Academy, situated at Haripadavu, Derebail of the city by planting more than 1,000 saplings.

Saplings of 73 varieties were planted over an area of four acres of the organization in a scientific manner. Students of the school as well as from other schools, parents, officials of forest department and personnel from National Environment department took part in the activity.



Trustee of the organization Anand G Pai, members of the administrative committee Subraya M Pai, Dr Vindya Pai, Vijay Moras and Salma were present.
