One-storey house in Mumbai's Shivaji Nagar collapses, several injured

Mumbai, Jul 8: Five people were severely injured when a one-storey house in Mumbai's Shivaji Nagar collapsed on Sunday night. There were twenty two people inside the house during the time of the incident.

As reported in Zee News, the residents told the publication that there was no indication that their house had a weak foundation and there was no warning before the collapse.

Fire personnel and locals rushed to the spot and manged to pull out the injured to safety. They were taken to nearby Rajawadi Hospital and are receiving treatment. Local police is investigating the matter.
