I have been repeatedly asking this question. How do they escape from Dubai/UAE airport customs while boarding ? Is their custom checking so faulty?

I heard that, UAE will not cath you, as long as you have leagally bought the gold, only they pass information with passenger details to destination country. this way they will be cought, do you think Mlore customs will be able to catch without this info ??? that too catching right person ?? it's in UAE ( Middle east ) scan that they will find out !!

Why UAE wants to loose the gold business by informing Indian customs, if it is legally purchased there?
The smugglers might insert the gold inside the body cavities after passing the final security check/scanning in UAE airports, which is possible.

Its not faulty when you exit UAE they are not worried about your gold, although it shows in scanning that you have concealed gold its not of much importance for them, they check for drugs, weapons etc. and most likely they alert the customs of destination in case of suspicion.

These is the tactics of offenders who give chance for customs officials to seize small amount goods...and smuggle out easily contraband which are of more amount. Aakhir kuch toh government ko dikhana hai of there wafadari.
