Yoga day, should not be an annual ritual, but a daily program, in every individual life... The benefits of this ancient science handed down to us by our ancestors are creating wonders around the world, healing the mind n body.... even churches, have yoga programs, in their social outreach, for the young n the old in Mumbai...... Mangalore city schools, must make it mandatory, as a physical exercise, for secondary division, students !!!!

Dear citizens country men and women,

I sincerely urge you not to involve in this time wasting lengthy yoga propaganda's and exercises.

    1) Start a brisk walk daily for half an hour will keep you healthy every day.
    2) You can work in the Agriculture field.

Kindly don't waste your time in this lengthy time wasting, energy wasting yoga and if you do not perform daily people will get roga.

RUSSIA AND MIDDLE EASTERN COUNTRIES HAVE BANNED YOGA.

THEREFORE DEAR CITIZENS UTILISE YOUR TIME FOR YOUR BENEFIT RATHER THAN WASTING YOUR PRECIOUS TIME IN YOGA.

If you don't like it don't do it
Don't spread false report on "yoga"
There is lot of difference in risk walking and doing Yoga.
Do you think all ppl have agricultural land to work?, even that doesn't match yoga
Do t comment on the subject which you don't know.
Try to follow Indian culture and not Russian or ME culture.
In many Gulf countries Yoga has become a routine way of exercise.
I do t know to which M E countries you refer
Good Luck as after a long time seeing you on DW
