Bengaluru: IMA Jewels case – SIT wants red corner notice against Mansoor Khan

Daijiworld Media Network – Bengaluru (EP)

Bengaluru, Jun 19: The Special Investigation Agency (SIT) investigating the cheating of thousands of investors by IMA Jewels has requested ministry of home and external affairs for a red corner notice against the kingpin Mansoor Khan who has fled to a foreign country.

IMA Jewels had collected more than Rs 1000 crore from investors, mostly Muslims tempting them with irresistible returns on their investments which were in multiples of Rs 50,000. The returns were specified as monthly, quarterly and yearly.

The company which convinced investors that they were trading in gold and silver bars initially paid 7% returns on investments per month. However Khan did not keep up the promise for long. Many investors started visiting the company when they stopped receiving payment since May.

Interpol is likely to issue the red corner notice to all the countries and international airports seeking arrest of Mansoor Khan.

There are many more such companies, who will face the same fate eventually. Because the returns on investment they are promising is not at all feasible.
    It's always "इसकी टोपी उसके सर, और उसकी टोपी इसके सर"
Do never invest your hard earned money in such companies who lure you with high returns.
