D souza Mudarangady, yes ,to say and advice.but when the time comes and no other means are there ,one has to lie money ,.Later the person is not able to repay it may be due to high rate of loan?sickness? or and any problems at home.I have seen people lending money to illiterate persons and take thumb impression ,where they cant read what is written ,and rate was written higher than what told to .What is but mean is people seeing her tortured and take video and send around but not helping her to release or call police. That is more ashaming than what the person did .We are in digital times but more horrible than old times.Pity her situation .hope she will be freed soon and can pay back loan .He should compansate her for doing this .

Whu no comments on law and order of the State?, just because it is ruled by ur party?if this had happened in BJP ruled state ur comments would be different?
Just enquire these belong to any outfit so that you can blame BJP /MODI /BD/SRS etc etc
Further why the accused to be striped? What kind of Law Ur suggesting?
If BD/VHP ppl do the same stripping and tying the culprits of cow thieves to tree you will say hand over the case to POLICE no need of private judgement
    All double standard and nautanki
