Satish confirmed that Ramesh has been keeping away from Congress party and that he has not been undertaking campaigning or any other party activities. When questioned about the reason for which Ramesh is angry with the Congress, Satish said he is ignorant about it. He acknowledged the fact that he is the political mentor of Jarkiholi family, but confessed that things have gone out of hands now.

Satish said he has been working to organize the party in Gokak constituency. At the same time, he dismissed the notion that all the Jarkiholi brothers are united and take decisions together, adding tha their political views are different. He predicted that two members of Jarkiholi family will fight it out in Gokak constituency in the coming days.
