Kuwait: SACAA to hold fundraising event 'Rendezvous’ on May 16

Kuwait, Apr 17: The Kuwait Chapter of the St Aloysius College Alumni Association (SACAA) has been in existence for the last 13 years and has rendered yeomen service to the Alma Mater and underprivileged students back in Mangaluru and other places in Karnataka, India.

SACAA Kuwait under the leadership of Kiran Sunny (president) is pleased to announce that ‘Rendezvous’, their hallmark fundraising event, will be conducted on Thursday, May 16 at Rajdhani Palace, Khaitan, Kuwait from 8.30 pm onwards. Rendezvous has been conducted successfully in 2015, 2012, 2010, 2008, 2007 and 2006 with the objective of enabling former Aloysians to socially meet and also raise funds to support some noble causes back home. This year SACAA Kuwait has decided to focus on supporting with the school fees of the less privileged students of the Pushpa Boarding Home and St Francis Xavier Boarding House, Shivamogga, India.

Having achieved unprecedented success in previous years, SACAA Kuwait invites all Ex-Aloysians, their families and also likeminded people to an evening filled with fun, laughter, music, games, attractive prizes and a delectable spread. Highlights of the evening will be ‘Party Rockers’ playing commercial and best of the retro sets along with ‘Soul Stirrers’, the young energetic live band who are creating waves across Middle East.
