Mandya: As election day nears, CM Kumaraswamy sheds tears

Daijiworld Media Network – Mandya (RJP)

Mandya, Apr 16: With just two days left for the first phase of Lok Sabha elections, chief minister H D Kumaraswamy, on Monday, was seen shedding tears once again by explaining about his health issues while seeking votes for his son Nikhil.

Campaigning for Nikhil at KR Pet, Kumaraswamy explained about his near-death experience during his visit to Israel and his heart problem. "I had stopped shedding tears in the public. But when JD(S) state president A H Vishwanath told me that nobody is understanding my situation and health condition, I am not able to control my emotions today,” he said.

"I have not been able to govern with a calm mind right from the day I became chief minister. If I had won 120 seats, there would have been no problem,” he added.

"As soon as I heard about Ambareesh's death, I rushed to the hospital, but Sumalatha was not there. I made all arrangements to bring Ambareesh's body to his house so that people could pay their last respects. Why should I have done all this? Now, she sheds tears and speaks against me, without showing the minimum courtesy,” he said criticizing Independent candidate Sumalatha Ambareesh.

"Sumalatha, who was against bringing the mortal remains of Ambareesh to Mandya, is now shedding tears before the people. It was the JD(S), which made Ambareesh an MLA. Deve Gowda and I turn emotional when we see people in crisis. I do not know, why she cries," he said.

He criticised the media by saying: "I am not living because of the media. I am alive only because of the people".

CM Kummy has all the luck... but I am afraid he does not have 'Gift of the Gab'...
His tongue is going to land him in trouble this time.
Going through this article , it is a shame to read that the CM has stooped to such a level, raking the happenings after Ambi's death to garner political mileage. This is not becoming of a gentleman.
This may actually boomerang and hinder the prospects of his son winning all the more.
Very dirty this 'political game ' played by the JDS.
Congressmen too are watching aghast at this 'self destruction' game which they themselves are to be blamed for.
    Now one last question:
In what capacity did Nikhil visit Israel? Who authorized him? Nonsense.

His son's defeat is confirmed, even he knows it well .... Nobody can stop the result outcome, deciding factor is people's vote, not political leaders ....
No use of shedding tears now, even congress workers want Sumalatha to win ....
Your money cannot buy MP seat for your son ....

God all ready written the future in their forehead but we don't know. Don't be emotional with crocodile tears just something try to good in your tenure.
When begin all should be ready for one certain day end as well no one can change such fact. Day is moving no one can stop. So many super power came and gone as well.

True Sahil, 35 years back Narendra Modi was sweeping in RSS Shaka and sleeping on its floor ....
Today he is the PM our such a big country, this is the beauty of democracy ....
A leader should come out of the crowd, not from an affluent political family .....

Final show of drama company (Devegowda-Sons & Grandsons), shedding tears for own son's future .... Nobody cares the future of state's youths .... if the CM is not well, should give the power to someone mentally & physically fit, his health condition is not a parameter to vote his son ....
If it is the case Lalu's son should be PM, as Lalu is not keeping well for sometime now ....
