"Amber caterers" seems to be not included
On a serious note please also do include some quality monitoring tools & hygiene which are very important to serve quality food to your customers. During the season the Customer feel that the food is being rotated from one function to another
Please take care of this aspect

My suggestion is in every function if there is food arrangements after the Programmes, the caterers must open a counter regarding the feed back about the food quality and service. So visitors can give their appreciation about the food , or lodge the complaint regarding food. This will improve the caterers standards and services.

First of all they should look in to the safety standards.. Too much sub standard color is added to the meat items, most of the time it is not cooked properly. When you wash hands the color is clearly visible stuck to the hands. Drinking water is packed in non hygiene places in branded cups and bottles. Meat is removed for boneless items and the remaining bone curry is served as chicken curry to name a few. No guests can complain and when hosts eat at the end they keep some best food for them so they will not come to know this. When you charge money make justice. India already there are lots of health problems due to chemicals added to food.

WE CAN EXPECT ONLY PRICE CHANGE OR INCREASE IN THE NAME OF ASSOCIATION BUT QUALITY AND QUANTITY OF FOOD WILL NOT CHANGE.

Normally functions were organised to celebrate happiness all togethere where peoples get together, prepare food together, cook hyginic food with good spiycies, that was tasty and healthy. Now people become lazy, selfish, and always have evil thoughts in mind gone for buy food from outside and distribute on functions. Compition in market will pressurise catering owners to go for malnutrisiin... Better we go for olden style and stay healthy.
