Tumakuru, Mar 26: As MP Muddahanumegowda has decided to contest as Congress rebel candidate from Tumakuru Lok Sabha constituency, there are efforts to make him change his mind.

Congress trouble shooter minister D K Shivakumar has reportedly offered to give Congress ticket from Bengaluru north Lok Sabha constituency to him and prevent him from submitting nomination.

It is said that DKS has promised to bear election expenses if he contests from Bengaluru north constituency. But it is also said that Muddahanumegowda has not responded to his offer.
