Bengaluru, Mar 16: A man was in for a surprise, when he returned home to collect the mobile phone and purse he had forgotten to take with him, where he found his wife with her paramour.

When the husband questioned the illicit relation, his wife and the paramour beat him badly and also threatened to kill him if the same is divulged to others. However, both the wife and paramour were arrested after the husband registered a complaint with the police.

33-year-old Ramesh (name changed), a resident of Ganapatipur of Konanakunte in the city had married Sandhya (name changed) a few years ago. The couple has two children. On March 10, Ramesh had been to a reception at around 8.30 pm. After an hour, he came to know that he has left his purse and mobile phone at home. When he came home to collect the same, he found his friend Sundar’s (name changed) bike parked outside his house.

When Ramesh pressed the calling bell, his wife did not open the door for quite a long time. After half an hour, when she opened the door, Ramesh found his friend Sundar in semi-nude position inside his house. Ramesh was surprised to know that his wife and friend both are in relationship. When Ramesh questioned this, both wife and his friend Sundar, started to attack him. When Ramesh threatened his wife of informing this matter to her family members, both threatened to kill the children. As all three were screaming in a high-pitched voice, the nearby people got to know the issue and pacified the situation.

As Sandhya and Sundar’s wife are working in the same company, Ramesh and Sundar became friends. Ramesh was driving an autorickshaw, while Sundar was working in a bank in Jayanagar. Both the families were close to each other from some time. Last year Sandhya had tied rakhi to Sundar and used to address him as ‘Anna’. This information was shared with the police by Ramesh.

Both Sandhya and her paramour Sundar are arrested by the police based on the complaint filed by Ramesh.
