Kundapur: Women create voting awareness through Rangolis ahead of elections

Kundapur, Mar 16: Women in Kundapur drew mass Rangolis in front of taluk panchayat office to create awareness on voting here on Friday, March 15.

Assistant commissioner Madhukeshwar, taluk panchayat executive officer Kiran Padnekar, youth services sports officer Kusumakar Shetty, CDP’s Niranjan Bhat, women and children welfare department deputy director Gracy Gonsalves and others were present.



Hundreds of women drew Rangolis in various patterns on the spot. They also formed human chain near Shastri Circle for voters’ awareness.
