Mangaluru Mar 13: MLC Ivan D Souza demanded stringent action against MP Nalin Kumar Kateel for violating election code of conduct through social media.

Addressing media here on Wednesday March 13, MLC Ivan D Souza said, "I have already written a letter to election commission regarding this issue. MP Nalin Kumar Kateel has tweeted that that people should vote only for those who initiated action against terrorists and not those who force open the door of Supreme Court for the sake of a terrorist,”



“This tweet has to be taken seriously by election commission and a case needs to be booked against MP Nalin Kumar Kateel,” added Ivan D Souza.

MP Nalin Kumar Kateel is taking advantage of the airstrike. Airstrike is not an achievement by the BJP and BJP is insulting to our forces,” said Ivan D Souza.

Ivan also demanded action against district election officer for questioning about private and wedding programmes citing election code of conduct. He alleged that the election code of conduct is being misused. “Deputy commissioner should have a dialogue with district election officer and tell that rules should not be misused in the name of election code of conduct,” he said.

District Congress president Harish Kumar, Ibrahim Kodijal and others were present.

    Ivan forget all this. You have a lot to learn from Amit Shah. These press conferences for bashing and blaming Nalin are not going to work anymore and wont lead anywhere. Go with the public , into the public and for the public, visit house to house , people to people to ensure people vote for your party. You are already aware that the public mood in DK is out . its a BJP wave in DK and public is going to vote for Modi irrespective of the local candidate. Attack this aspect first. Political pundits are also saying that Cong should not field any candidates in DK and leave it for JDS.

    Here only in this portal many people have written openly..... They will vote for the sitting MP simply because they have no other choice!They want the present PM to continue...
    These are frank admissions.
    You don't have a proper candidate here and your leadership is in a self destructive alliance with the JDS! Think about these issues. No 'Fizool Muddess' Right?
    The situation now is the same here as was in the Seventies and Early 80's... Anyone contesting on the Congress Ticket used to win. .Dhana Karu symbol which later got changed to KAI!
    Now BJP is riding a similar popular wave..It happens...The wheels of fortune keep turning.
    Therefore your policies and convictions should be strong always.

    Be constructive,patient ..rather than self destructive.

Even the party president who is a thug who offered 100 crores to a Judge and later eliminated him and FEKHU whose degree is from which institute? No one has answers for these.     When the leadership of a nation is in the hands of rouges, lairs and cheats, and the majority follows such leadership blindly, very little GOOD can be expected over there. Though we are a resourceful and rich nation with an educated populace, unfortunately we have a massive leadership crisis here. NO HONESTY AND SINCERITY. The entire ethos is bad. Majority are selfish ans self-centered. We want to get the first seats everywhere, we want to be first in the queues, we want only our household and campus to be clean, we don't mind taking away things that don't belong to us. There is so much negativity sown all over by our leaders for self gain and very little positivity is seen. institutions are corrupted as well. Media is bought and it easily plays into the hands of the influential. if we go the way we are going now, I am afraid we are heading to be a lost nation. I don't know if I am the only one who is seeing things this way. Anyway I AM ONLY PRAYING FOR A DIVINE INTERVENTION THIS TIME. AND I AM GETTING MORE AND MORE CONVINCED THAT GOD IS GOING TO hear the cries of the people and INTERVENE AND A MIRACLE IS ON THE WAY. MARK MY WORDS. GOD BLESS INDIA.
