Mangaluru: Khader hits back at Nalin, says MP has no development to credit

Mangaluru Feb 20: District in-charge minister U T Khader hit back at MP Nalin Kumar Kateel for blaming him for the delay of Pumpwell and Thokkottu flyover works.

Addressing media here on Tuesday February 19, U T Khader said," MP Nalin Kumar Kateel is responsible for the delay of highway widening between Addahole and B C Road. He has also denied his role for delay in Pumpwell flyover. At present Nalin has no development to show to the people during upcoming elections. So he blames someone else for delay of construction of flyovers.”

“Now people clearly know who is responsible for the development works. If we are blamed as the reason behind delay of flyovers, then who is responsible for delay in road widening between Addahole and BC Road?” he questioned.

"Lady Goshen hospital and newly built University College building at Hampankatta will be inaugurated on February 26 by former chief minister Veerappa Moily. Moodbidri and Kadaba taluks will be officially inaugurated on March 1 by revenue minister R V Deshpande,” he informed.

    Every politician irrespective of party is blaming each other and making money along with their contractors and toll operators. Person who is suffering is common man who has to pay taxes, toll and then in return he gets bad and incomplete roads and suffer from road accidents.

    It is time for for Nalin to surrender,
    handover the Pumpwell Flyover to state government,
    It will be finished in 3 to 4 months.
    Remember : world's tallest tower built in 6 years 830 meters height.

    *Pumpwell flyover which is just 600 metres in length and 20 metres in width has taken over 8 years so far and yet works are pending

    Nalinanna's Pumpwell took >8y, while his Boss's dream statue of unity took less than 3-4 years. Something, atleast something he could have learnt from his guruji. Atleast could have done something so that he has the face to ask for votes again.

    In the picture this issue is related to mangalore
    If our MP was good enough we would had many developments our roads
    Would have been widened But at present Surathkal Toll gate which is a big
    Money making area.and he has not taken any action of closing down
    I believe u know this and you are blindly supporting him saying pappu and Sonia

    We Mangaloreans and Udupi people demond What nalin and Shoba did for undivided DK district for last 8 years , it is our right to ask as a voter.
    We want development, Who s=does not want development in their constituency?
