Mangaluru: Mammoth public blood donation camp held

Mangaluru, Feb 11: A public blood nation camp was held under the joint auspices of Blood Helpline Karnataka, Badriya Juma Masjid, Deralakatte, Old students' association (R), H I M Madarasa, Deralakatte with the active participation of Yenepoya hospital Derlakatte at the auditorium of Badriya Juma Masjid, Deralakatte on Sunday, February 10.

Mohammed Shaeif Arshadi, Katib of Badriya Juma Masjid Deralakatte inaugurated the camp. Janab Abbas Haji, president of Badriya Juma Masjid presided over the programme.

In total 68 people donated blood in this camp. Officers of blood bank of Yenepoya hospital Deralakatte coordinated in collecting the blood from the donors.



Social workers Faizal Manchi, Shafi Kinya, Arif Hussain and Farooque Renzadi were felicitated during the programme by giving them memento.
